About Phase 1
	Posted on November 04, 2010 09:23 What is the Phase 1 Diet? The Phase 1 is a diet designed to starve an organism - fungus. Parasitic yeasts and fungi can infect human tissue, causing miserable symptoms. Once on board, these organisms must have their favorite food source, sugar, to survive. About Phase 2
	Posted on November 04, 2010 09:24 The Phase 2 diet is the second tier of Doug Kaufmann's Phase eating plan. Nearly everyone is encouraged to be on the Phase 1 diet initially until symptoms subside. More carbohydrates are added into the Phase 2 eating plan; all the foods including the Phase 1 are permitted, with the addition of legumes, certain grain products, and sweet potatoes. Life Phase
	Posted on November 04, 2010 09:26 The Life Phase diet is the most lax phase of all Doug's diets. The worst offenders, such as artificial and corn sweeteners, grains and alcohol are still excluded.
