This is a quick after school snack that your kids will love!  Enjoy…..

 Apple Nachos

 1 small Granny Smith apple

3 Strawberries

1 Tablespoon of almond butter

1 Tablespoon shredded coconut

1 Tablespoon of vanilla yogurt

Cut apple into flat slices discarding the core.  Arrange apple slices on a plate and put aside.

Cut the tops off of strawberries and chop into pieces and set aside.

Put almond butter in microwave safe bowl for about 20 seconds or until almond butter is thin, but not boiling.  Remove carefully.  Bowl will be hot. 

Drizzle almond butter over sliced apples. 

Top with strawberries, shredded coconut, and a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt.
