Where does the time go? It's December and the holiday season is upon us in earnest. It's the time of the year when most of us tend to overindulge in food and drink. It's almost impossible to avoid and I certainly don't want to put a damper on your enjoyment of all the wonderful cookies, candy and baked goods we'll be consuming. Just try not to overdo it and don't forget to take your antifungal supplements and probiotics.
