½ cup walnuts, toasted lightly and cooled
2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp salt
½ pound firm goat cheese, cut into cubes using non-flavored dental floss.

Chop nuts finely. Add salt and pepper. Roll goat cheese cubes in nut mixture. Use to top salad or add to an appetizer plate.
