Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
1lb. boneless, skinless chicken tenders (or breasts sliced into strips)
1 cup Guiltless Superfood Seed Flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
olive oil cooking spray for baking.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Setup 2 shallow bowls for dredging and coating workstation.

Lightly beat eggs in one of the bowls.
Mix seed flour, paprika, garlic, cumin, pepper, and salt in the second bowl.
Dredge each piece of chicken in egg and then coat with flour mixture.
Place in a cookie sheet greased with cooking spray.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden.
